Jack was born into this world on September 23, 1946 to Vern and Mildred Ringe. He enjoyed life, loved God and his family, and listening to great music performed by musician friends. As his grandchildren got older, he loved watching them play basketball and soccer, or just being with them. In the hospital, someone told him he looked young. His reply was that he had had a great life.

He left this world on February 10, 2023 to go to his eternal home with Jesus after a brief hospital stay. Thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at Aurora Summit Medical Center for the wonderful care he received. We also thank our pastors at Abiding Shepherd Lutheran Church in Cottage Grove for guiding us through preparing the service to celebrate Jack.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents, his parents-in-law, Bob and Gari Breckenridge, and brother-in-law, Steve Breckenridge.

He is survived by his wife, Sue, his son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Chantelle, grandchildren, Beck and Brooke, and many other family and friends who grieve his loss and look to be with him in heaven for eternity.

Thank you God for blessing us with Jack , a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend.

Funeral services will be held at ABIDING SHEPHERD LUTHERAN CHURCH, 406 W. Cottage Grove Rd., Cottage Grove, WI, at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2023. A luncheon will immediately follow in the church hall.
