Hi Betty,
I am very sorry to hear of Rod's passing. Not sure if you remember me--I was his DNR contact downtown at the Info Center. I will always remember that first time that you and he came in and I waited on him. After the tough love I gave him, he always came back for more! He was very shocked as I recall. Pretty funny.
Hope you're doing okay.

Rodney was a special friend who will be missed. I will miss the many many fishing and hunting days we spent together. He was the best fisherman I have ever known. I enjoyed the fishing trips, the hunting adventures, the dinner trips with Rod and Joan, and his ingenuity. Rod could fix anything. Rest in peace my friend.
