MADISON - Nathon (Nate) Jon Rosini, nee Lovely, died in his home on June 7, 2018 in Madison, WI from complications of intravenous drug use. He was 45. Nate was born on December 31, 1972 in Sault Ste. Marie, MI. His parents are Brenna Chamberlain of Okemos, MI and Steven Lovely of Madison.
He graduated from high school in Grass Lake, MI. He moved to Madison in 1995 and completed a degree in cosmetology. He worked at several hair salons before establishing a long term clientele at Hair Forum on University Avenue, with the extraordinary support of owner Dan Molitor. Nate had great interests in biking, Indie Cinema, alternative music, and presenting a challenging argument around any topic in the universe. He had pushed the edge throughout life, but confidently faced the related consequences. Friends and family appreciated that he was reaching a point in resolve, recovery and peace; when he was so abruptly torn from the fabric of their lives.
Nate is survived by his parents, his sweet love Brooklyn Bingham, sister Myria Lovely (nieces Nora and Emma Brink), brother Mathew Lovely (sister-in-law Kristin), grandmother Shirley Philbin, step-father Micheal Ward (step-sibling Elijah Thunell) of Madison; step-father Marty Chamberlain of Okemos (step-siblings Trevor, Clarissa, Aubrey, Michael, Jude, Zach, and Alex).

Nathon was my 15yo son’s hairdresser for many years. Nathon introduced him to so many cool things from TV Shows, movies and music usually scribbled on the back of one of his business cards. Nathon watched my son grow—always building him up. I remember the first time Malik had his hair cut Nathon called me over. He said, “Mom! Look at this!”(pointing to Malik’s full hairline by his neck) “That’s TOTAL TESTOSTERONE!”
We loved Nathon and we always will.
