Thomas J. Dollak Sr.

Madison - Tom Dollak, Sr. 80, passed away on Tuesday October 1, 2024. He was born March 13, 1944 in Madison the son of Frank and Lottie (Ward) Dollak. He married Lucinda (Cindy) Borchardt on May 14, 1982. He retired from Oscar Mayer after working there for 30 years. Tom loved spending time with family and friends. His Garage, yard and house were the envy of the neighborhood. Tom had a deep love for watching Nascar and cherished his travels to Hawaii with family. 

Tom is survived by his wife Cindy, 3 sons Thomas Jr (Joan), Timothy (Diane) and Patrick (Nina). 2 stepchildren Darcy Widmer and Daniel (Susan) Borchardt. Grandchildren Kayla (Michael) Rosquist, Ryan (Kaelyn Faust) Dollak, Kyle, Sarah and Sophie Dollak and Deklan Dollak. Rylie (Noah Mack) Widmer, Allyson and Benjamin Borchardt. Brothers James, John (Alberta), Michael (Dawn) and Sister Patricia (Terry) Smith. As well as many nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his Parents, brother Larry, in-laws Alton and Helen Knudson. Jay and Wyatt Widmer. 

A private inurnment will be held at a later date.
