Shirley Jean Veloff

Madison - Shirley Jean Veloff, age 87, of Madison, WI was welcomed home to the Lord on Sunday, October 30, 2022. She was born on June 2, 1935 and was the daughter of Kenneth & Bernice Hagness. She married Don Veloff, her high school sweetheart on February 4th, 1955 in Madison, WI.
Shirley loved cooking for, and being with, her family. Family was the most important part of Shirley's life. Survivors include her husband, Donald Veloff; son Jeff (Laura) Veloff; granddaughter, Amy (Aaron Everingham) Veloff; grandsons, Mark (Rebeca Alvarez) Veloff; Eric (Katie Kalkofen) Veloff and great grandson, Archer Everingham. Shirley was proceeded in death by her father, Robert Crook, her mother, Bernice Hagness, stepfather, Kenneth Hagness, her sister Joann McGowan, brother-in-law Patrick McGown and her beloved dog Rossi.
There will be a private family burial at Forest Hill Cemetery at a later date.
