Ruth Ellen Kundinger

Ruth Ellen Kundinger, age 63, of Madison, WI, died August 11, 2013 at Agrace Hospice in Madison, WI, with her loving family by her side.

She was born May 29, 1950, in Park Falls, WI, the daughter of Harold and Irene Koshak. She was married 37 years to Wallace Kundinger and lived most of her life in Park Falls, until his death in 2006.
She was a 1968 graduate of Lincoln High School. She was employed in the health care industry during her working career at Flambeau Hospital for 37 years in the Medical Records Department.

In her free time she enjoyed watching her granddaughter's activities; in the earlier years watching her son participate in his early events, high school sports and competing in college sports; spending time with her own family, her husband's family, her daughter-in-law's family, being in the outdoors, watching or attending sports activities and traveling.

She was kind, thoughtful, generous, compassionate and always concerned with others before herself. She had a way of making you feel special and anybody that knew her was better for it.

She is survived by one very special son, Michael (Lexi) Kundinger of Madison WI; by her sweet granddaughter, Ally of Madison WI; by one sister, Louise (Phil) Lindsay of Phillips WI; by one brother, Hal (Patty) Koshak of Genessee WI; one niece, Kristine (Tom) Shircliff of Oviedo FL; and one nephew, Jesse Koshak of Genessee WI.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wally; by her parents, Harold and Irene; and by her nephew, Johnny.

A memorial service will be held at St. Francis of Assissi Catholic Church in Fifield WI on August 17 at 11 am. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service. There will be a private burial at Forest Home Cemetery in Fifield WI.
