Robert Robin Ross

WAUNAKEE - Robert "Robin" Ross, of Waunakee, age 63, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 25, 2016 after a yearlong battle with cancer. He was born 7/21/52 in Freeport IL, the son of Lawrence & Virginia Ross.
He married Julie Ann Taylor on 9/11/82 in Elkhorn, WI.
Robin graduated from Lake Geneva High School in 1970, attended one year of college at UW-La Crosse, but was drafted and served as a Sergeant in the US Airforce, stationed in Wiesbaden, Germany. He worked for ETC in Middleton for ten years as a metal fabricator.
Robin is survived by Julie, his wife of 33 years, son, Bryan, daughter, Jillian and sisters, Claudia (CA) and Penny (IL). He will also be missed by many other relatives and longtime friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, Lawrence, mother, Virginia and sister, Rebecca
Per Robin's request, there will be no formal services, but instead, a memorial celebration will be held at a later date. Robin was a great athlete, loved watching all sports, and engraved a passion for music within us all. He loved working on the yard and spending time outside. If anyone needed help with anything, he would be there in a heartbeat. We will miss him so much.
