Madison - Pat Bukolt, Age 77 passed away on Sunday, May 6, after a long and courageous battle with Parkinson's Disease.
Pat was born on June 2, 1934, the daughter of Theodore (Ted) and Ruth Hubin. She was a graduate of Madison West High School and the University of Wisconsin - Madison where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, and met Roman Bukolt, her husband of 54 years. After staying at home to raise her children, she worked for many years for Casual Corner. She then returned to college to renew her license to practice occupational therapy and was employed as a pediatric occupational therapist at UW Hospital until she retired.
Pat is survived by her three children, Scott (Lisa) Bukolt, Susan (Steve) Schmaling, and Merry (Steve) Larsen, as well as five grandchildren; Dieter Bukolt, Derek Bukolt, Ally Schmaling, Claire Larsen and Samuel Larsen.
She was preceded in death by her Mother, Ruth in 1992, and Father, Ted, in 1974.
Pat loved her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed playing tennis, skiing and the warm water of the Caribbean. She will be missed by her family and many, many friends she made over the years.
