Michael J. Buhler

Michael John Buhler, 73, of Madison, WI, passed away on January 18, 2022, of natural causes.

Mike was born 5/23/1948 in Deforest, Wisconsin, the son of Parents' Robert S. Buhler and Marion E. Buhler (Smith).

Mike graduated from Deforest High School in 1966. Mike then went on to Madison Business College, earning an associate's degree in Accounting.

Mike worked at a variety of jobs throughout his life, but retired from Cub Foods.

Mike was a huge supporter of all Wisconsin sports teams (Brewers, Packers, Bucks and Badgers). He watched every game he could and particularly enjoyed summer trips to Milwaukee on Sunday afternoons with Scott and Tonia Ready to watch the Brewers. Mike especially loved playing darts and at times was on as many as four dart teams a week. One of Mike's biggest dart accomplishments was finishing second in state in Division 19 Cricket Singles in LaCrosse, WI. - 2017.

Mike leaves behind; children, Ryan Buhler, Travis Buhler; brothers, Randy Buhler, Greg Buhler; sister, Kathy Park (Buhler); as well as many nieces and nephews.

Preceding Mike in death are spouse, Peal Mahoney Buhler; parents, Robert Buhler, and Marion Buhler (Smith); brother, Christopher Buhler, as well as several aunts and uncles.

A celebration of life ceremony for Mike will be held at the Eagle Crest Bar on Saturday February 26th, from 1:00pm - 4:00pm. Eagle Crest Bar - 3710 County Hwy T, Madison, WI 53704.
