Kurt (Tort) David Elding passed away on April 1, 2015. Kurt was born 11/15/1951 in Madison, Wisconsin. He attended Madison West High School and Madison Business College. Kurt worked for Madison Freight for 25 years and was the "King of the Road" winning five years for Best Driver. He enjoyed golf, the Milwaukee Brewers, the Chicago Blackhawks, the Badgers, and his beloved Green Bay Packers. Kurt will be remembered for his subtle, irreplaceable sense of humor. Kurt touched many lives and will be missed by all.

Kurt was a loving husband of 30 years to Lorelei, devoted father to Kayla, Bompa to Ruby Roo, brother to Roberta (Brad) and Kent (Robin), son in law to Frank Dorgan, brother in law to Colleen, uncle to Andrea, Scott, Michael, Laura, Brooke, Paige, and friend to many. Kurt was preceded in death by Robert and Kay Elding. A visitation will be held at Immaculate Heart (4913 Schofield Avenue, Monona) on Sat., 4/11/15, visitation at 9:30am, followed by a memorial mass of Christian Burial with Father John Silva presiding at 10:30am. A celebration luncheon in Marian Hall, IHM will follow. Favorite sports team attire preferred.
