Emma A. Anderson

TOWN OF MIDDLETON - Emma A. Anderson, of Middleton, Wisconsin, returned to her heavenly home on Sunday, September 13, 2015, at the age of 92. She was surrounded by family and friends that loved and cared for her.

Emma was born on June 18,1923, in Tomah, Wisconsin, to Herman and Ida Zuehlke, the youngest of their nine children. She married Donald Anderson in 1948 and they resided in La Crosse, Wisconsin. She moved to Middleton in 2004 to spend more time with her family. She enjoyed reading, sewing, iPad games, and especially playing with her great-grandchildren.

Emma is survived by her son, Richard Anderson, of Middleton; her grandson and his wife, Terry and Cari Anderson of Cross Plains; her beloved great-grandchildren, Sara and Logan Anderson; and her dear friend, Diane Phillips of Madison. She is preceded in death by her mother, father, husband, and all eight of her siblings.

A private service will be held at the grave site.
