Ella Margaret Hartley

Madison - Ella Margaret Hartley, age 84, was born on October 29, 1928 in Tampa, Florida. She died on February 2, 2013 in Madison, Wisconsin. Miss Hartley served four years in the WAVES (two of those years in Hawaii). She became an elementary teacher in the government overseas dependents schools and worked there until her retirement. She later lived in Labrador, England; Germany, Okinawa and the Phillippines.
