David Hoveland

Madison - David Hoveland, age 66, died on Friday, December 7, 2012 while at his home.

David was born on September 17, 1946 in Madison, the son of Carl and Ruth Hoveland. David was a lifelong Madison resident who worked for over 30 years for the U.S. Postal Service. He loved the Badgers, Brewers and Packers and he also enjoyed being with his friends.

David is survived by his good friends, John, Bob, Mike, Frank, Joanie, Cass and Stephanie and his roommate, Jackie.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A special thanks would like to be extended to the to staff at Options in Community Living, also to Jim Hoegemeier and Amy Gunter and a thank you to everyone that has supported David throughout the years.

Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 2450 Atwood Ave. Madison at 11:00 AM. Msgr. Michael Hippee will celebrate. A visitation will also be held at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
