Arnold "Arnie" Conrad Lauth

Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ called Arnold (Arnie) Lauth to his heavenly home on February 6th, 2025. He was born May 26th, 1934 in Chicago, IL to Conrad and Catherine (Borner) Lauth. He graduated from Roosevelt High School in chicago. He married Lois Korthbein in Ridgeville, WI on June 2nd, 1956.  They had 3 children, Stephanie, Steven and Stacey (Bill Moyer) and 4 grandchildren, Madalyn, Riley, Kylie (Marty) and Brett (Dawn). He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Betty and 2 brothers-in-law.  

He enjoyed all kinds of sports, especially being a fast pitch softball catcher for 30 years and later playing golf with special friends. He worked as a lithographer at Straus Printing Co. for many years with his last 5 years as a supervisor of printing at the Columbia Correctional Prison which he found to be a very fulfilling position. 

He was a faithful member of Eastside Lutheran Church and faithful husband, father, grandfather and friend.

Services will be held at Eastside Lutheran Church, 2310 Independence Lane in Madison on Monday, February 17th at 11:30am with a visitation beginning at 10:00 am until the time of service. 

Memorials may be given to Eastside Lutheran Church, Lakeside Lutheran High School or Brighton Hospice. Special thanks to Pastors Horton, Schmiege and Hahm for their many visits to Arnie. Also the special care from Brighton Hospice and special neighbors.
