Alice is survived by her mother Audrey Popp Sosinsky of Hillsboro, WI, her life partner Rich Fizzell of Oregon Township, her brother Michael (Vickie) Sosinsky of Hillsboro, WI, and her sister Nancy (Gary) Dieck of Wonewoc, WI, her nephews Mike (Heather) Sosinsky of Orfordville, WI, Adam Sosinsky of Hillsboro, WI, Alex (Betsy) Sosinsky of Hillsboro, WI, nieces Robin (Dennis) Laubscher of Wonewoc, WI, Allison (Brent) Graumann of Holmen, WI, and Jen Dieck of Rushford, MN. Alice lived in Southern Dane County for the past 40 plus years, and for the past 12 years with Rich in the rural Oregon area. Alice and Rich were just a month shy of celebrating their 20 year anniversary together.
Alice spent her life helping people. She spent 39 years at Options in Community Living serving people with disabilities. Her caring was not just limited to her vocation. She had big heart, and wanted to help anyone who needed assistance of any kind, asking nothing in return. She loved animals, especially the feline variety. Her 2 dogs and 4 cats will miss her very much.
Per her wishes, there will be no funeral or visitation. She will be cremated, and her ashes will be spread at her favorite places in the southern half of Wisconsin. There will be a memorial gathering at a later date.
In lieu of flowers or sympathy cards, please consider a donation in her name to the Dane County Humane Society.
